A good quality, Victorian copper mould. This is made from a very heavy gauge of copper and it dates from c.1880. There is a number, which would have been a pattern number, stamped to the side but this has been badly stamped and is indistinct. It can be seen in one of the images. The design consists of two tiers of stiff leaves beneath ten small domes and the copper has a planished finish on the domes. The mould is in excellent condition but the tinning, to the interior, is worn.
