Copper Charlotte Moulds Engraved "N.R."

Two 19th century copper charlotte moulds engraved with the initials “N.R” over “T”. These are from the batterie de cuisine of Nathanial Rothschild and came from Rushbrooke Hall in Suffolk which was the Rothschilds’ residence for a short time. They are both well made, from a heavy gauge of copper, and have castellated seams. Date c.1860. Small mould sold.

Large one: Dimensions: Diameter 12cm. Height 9.8cm. Very good condition but with worn tinning.
