An early 20th century, beechwood rolling pin. This is just a great shape and it is really heavy so it would be a real aid when rolling out the pastry. The handles have turned bands and on one end are the initials ‘R.W’. There is some very minor splitting to one end and this can be seen in the image. Otherwise it is in very good condition and the wood has a lovely, honey coloured patina.
