A nineteenth century, French coffee mill made by Peugeot. This piece has a wooden, box section with a draw to catch the ground coffee. There is an oval, cast, brass plaque on this which is marked 'PEUGEOT FRERES MODELE DEPOSE VALENTIGNEY (DOUBS)'. The top section is also cast in brass. It dates from c.1880. It is in excellent condition and it is still fully functional.
