A Victorian, brass pastry tool with a wheel to one end and a crimper to the other. This is English and it dates from c.1880. The wheel was used for marking and cutting the rim of a pie and the tweezer like end was used for putting a herringbone design onto the sides of a pie. It is in excellent condition.
