Pewter Mould in the Shape of a Mushroom

A small pewter ice cream mould in the shape of a mushroom. This is marked, in the casting, “CC 837 BIS”. CC is the mark of the French company Cadot and 837 is the pattern number. It dates from c.1880. The design, to the interior, is well detailed and the mould is in very good condition. The exterior has quite a dark patina and the interior is still in very good, bright, usable condition.
