A small, pewter ice cream mould in the shape of a rose. This is marked, on one side of the hinge, “JONES BROS DOWN ST. W” and in the casting it is marked “830”. This would be the pattern number. It dates from c.1890. The moulding is very well detailed and would turn out very well. It is in very good condition. The interior is still in very good, bright, usable condition and the exterior has a pale, shiny patina.
