A very elaborate shaped, 19th century, French glass storage jar. This is made from good quality, heavy glass and it dates from c.1880. The jar has an urn shaped body and sits on a pedestal foot, and the lid has a tall and very ornate, facetted finial. The jar and cover are in excellent condition.
