A small,19th century, French glass storage jar. This would probably have been an apothecary jar for use in a pharmacy. It is an elegant shape, on a simple, straight stem, and the stopper has a long, elliptical cut. It dates from c.1880 and is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Height 33cm. Diameter of foot 8.5cm.
