A set of three, French copper canale moulds. These are all made from a substantial gauge of copper and they date from the 1920’s. They are used for baking the small, French cakes known as canale which can still be purchased in nearly all French bakers. All three are in very good condition and the tinning, to the interiors, is still in good, usable condition.
