A very good quality, French copper casserole. This is made from an exceptionally heavy gauge of copper and the copper has a planished finish. It has the typical French shape of brass handles to the sides of the casserole and also to the lid, and it dates from c.1900. It is in excellent condition. The interior hasn’t recently been re-tinned as there was no need for this as the tinning is still in very good, usable condition.
