A fairly small, late 19th century copper mould. This is marked “HARRODS LTD”. It would have been made by one of the major London manufacturers, such as Benhams, to be sold in the Harrod's store in Knightsbridge and it dates from c.1890. It is a simple but pleasing design consisting of four plain, stepped tiers. It is in excellent condition and the tinning, to the interior, is still in good, usable condition.
