A miniature copper mould with a flat top and fluted sides. This shape of mould is known as a fluted patty pan. It is marked, to the top, “HOTEL METROPOLE LONDON” and it dates from c.1890. It is in excellent condition and the tinning, to the interior, is still in very good, usable condition.
