A super quality, 19th century miniature copper mould with a flower to the top. This is marked “JONES BROS DOWN ST.W.” in a circle above the registered design number “RD201490”. To one side it is engraved with the initials “J.W” which would be the initials of a previous owner. It is well made, from a heavy gauge of copper, and it dates from c.1870. The attractive flower design sits down into the pentagonal form of the mould. It is in excellent condition and the tinning, to the interior, is still in very good, usable condition.
