A miniature copper mould in the shape of a crayfish or lobster. This is made from quite a light gauge of copper and it dates from c.1920. Originally it would have been covered in tin but the tin has now been removed from the outside of the mould, revealing the copper. There are still minor traces of tin visible on the exterior. The tinning to the interior, although slightly worn, is still usable and the mould is in very good condition.
