Two miniature, Victorian copper savarin mould. Savarin moulds were named after Brillat Savarin who was an eminent French chef and author in the 19th century. These are lovely, quality moulds, being made from a heavy gauge of copper. They are English and they date from c.1880. One left in stock.
They are both in excellent condition. The interiors are slightly worn but they could still be used.
