A Victorian, miniature copper cutlet mould. These were called cutlet moulds as they were in the shape of a lamb cutlet. This one is perfectly plain in form and it is unmarked. It is made from a substantial gauge of copper and it dates from c.1880. It is in very condition but the tinning, to the interior, is worn.
