A set of six, very small, 19th century, copper Savarin moulds. This is the smallest size of this type of mould that we have ever seen. They are English and they date from c.1880. They were named after the eminent, 19th century French chef, food critic and author Brillat Savarin. They are all in excellent condition and the tinning, to the interiors, is still in good, usable condition.
Dimensions of each mould: Diameter 5.7cm. Depth 1.5cm.
