A set of 6 Victorian copper, miniature Savarin moulds. Savarin moulds were named after the famous French food critic and writer Brillat Savarin. These miniature examples would be perfect for turning out individual starters or accompaniments. They are made from a substantial gauge of copper, they are English and they date from c.1890. They are all in very good condition and the tinning, to the interiors, is still in good, bright, usable condition.
