A miniature copper mould in the shape of a crown. This mould is quite light in weight and it dates from c.1910. It is marked 'S.F. LONDON' on the reverse of the flange. The flange is the flat section which can be turned so that the mould will sit level for filling. The crown design is well detailed. Originally the whole mould would have been covered in tin but this has now been removed from the outside to reveal the copper beneath. There are still some traces of the tin left on the outside. It is in excellent condition but the tinning, to the interior, is slightly worn.
