A 19h century, double handled, steel vegetable of herb chopper. This is stamped, in the blade, “G.HARDING & SONS” and it dates from c.1880. I can’t find any information on this company but they also made saws and guns. This has a cast steel blade, which is attached to the turned wooden handles with brass collars, and there is a small, steel ring in the end of the handle so that it can hang when not in use. It is in very good condition.
