An early nineteenth century, steel pastry tool. This has a cutting wheel to one end and crimping tool to the other. The cutting wheel would have been used for cutting the surplus pastry from the rim of a pie or tart and the crimper would have been used for crimping together the pastry edges on something like a hand raised pork pie or putting the design onto a Strassburg pie.
