A fabulous, 19th century, miniature stove with a selection of miniature copper and brass ware. This delightful, and very decorative stove is made from a combination of cast iron and tin. It has brass fittings to the top, front and side and there is a copper water boiler which sits into the top. The imitation tiles to the front are are applied in decorative blue and white enamel . This is a charming little stove and it is being sold complete with a selection of miniature cookware which includes a brass pestle and mortar, a set of five copper saucepans, a copper kettle, a copper fish kettle, two copper baking dishes a copper stockpot and a copper saute pan and cover. The stove dates from c.1880 and the miniature cookware ranges in date from 1880 to 1920. Overall this has a very good look and all items are in excellent condition. All of the copper items had been tinned, so they were made for use and not just for decoration, but the tinning is now worn.
