A lovely quality, curved steel knife with a turned wooden handle, for taking the top off a wine bottle before de-corking. This is stamped, in the steel, “WILLIAM WEBSTER SYCAMORE WORKS”. It also has his mark in the shape of a deer’s head with antlers. William Webster was known for the manufacture of corkscrews and other wine related items.

Condition. Very good but missing a ferrel between the handle and the blade.
