Early, steel pastry tool
Dimensions:W: 0.8cm (0.3")L: 15cm (5.9")Di: 3cm (1.2")
An early nineteenth century, steel, pastry tool. This piece has different shaped wheels, at either end, which would have been used for trimming the rim of a pie. It is well made and it dates from c.1820. There is slight pitting to the steel, from use, as one would expect from a piece of this period but generally it is in excellent condition.
