A superb, 19th century, cast iron pepper mill made by Kenrick of West Bromwich. This is a fabulous design which is made to resemble an octagonal building, possibly something like a water tower. It is marked “A.K & SONS” to the base. This is the mark of Archibald Kenrick, and it also has a registered design number “Rd257707”. It dates from c.1880 and is still in excellent, working order.
