A small, 19th century, French, cast iron coffee mill with brass fittings. This is marked, is the casting, “PEUGEOT FRERES BREVETES S.G.D.G.” and it is also marked with a letter “A” and the number “0”. This was the second to smallest coffee mill that Peugeot made in this design, as the smallest was a double 0, and it dates from c.1880. It has an enamelled interior and a wooden handle and draw. It has been fully overhauled and is in excellent, working condition. There are a few woodworm holes to the face of the draw but these have been treated so it will not spread.
