A steel milliners tool for cutting fabric for hat decorations. This is marked “CROUSSE” in the casting and it is also marked with a number “3160”. It dates from c.1900. The cutter is in the shape of a maple leaf and this would have been used for cutting or marking fabric. It is in excellent condition.
