An interesting, beechwood butter roller carved with the name ‘C.C.WALKER’. Butter rollers of this type were used for putting a design around the edge of a block of butter.They were usually carved with designs depicting fruits, flowers or leaves but sometimes they were carved with the name of the farm or dairy and this type are quite uncommon.
