A brass ice cream scoop dating from the 1930’s. The mechanism of this scoop is operated by a cog and a spiring and it is really easy to use. Originally these were chromed, but the chrome has been removed to reveal the brass beneath. Being brass it is still healthy to use and it is in excellent working order. The scoop of ice cream produced would be 5.5cm. diameter.
