Long handled, wooden spoon

A hand carved, long handled, wooden spoon. This is probably Scandinavian, from the first quarter of the 20th century. It would have been carved as a decorative piece as it is not really very functional. It is too large to use as a spoon and the angle is wrong for it to be used as a ladle. It does, however, have good colour and patination to the wood, so it fulfils its' decorative purpose. It is in very good condition.
