Brass & Steel Milliners Iron in the Shape of a Flower

An early 20th century, brass and steel milliners iron in the shape of a flower. Both the mould and the follower are stamped with a number ”635”. The flower form is beautifully detailed and the iron dates from c.1910. There is quite a lot of wear to the wooden handle, possibly from where it has been to close to the stove, but otherwise the piece is in good condition.
