An early 20th century, French copper, deep sauté pan. This is made from a heavy gauge of copper and has the typical French shape of steel handle which is attached by copper rivets. It dates from c.1920 and is in excellent condition. The interior has been re-tinned so that it can be used.
Dimensions: Diameter of pan 18.3cm. Depth of pan 5.8cm. Overall length of pan and handle 38.7cm. We have a graduated set of five of these sautés pans which would look great hanging together in a kitchen and all can be seen on our website.
