A nineteenth century, circular, French copper pie plate. This is made from a heavy gauge of copper, has a rolled rim and dates from c.1880. There is a fine, brass loop, attached by simple copper fitting, for hanging. There is some marking to the copper on the base, from use. Otherwise the piece is in good condition. The interior hasn’t been re-tinned but the tinning is still in usable condition.
