A French copper, creme reversee pan and cover. This type of pan was used for making puddings and desserts like creme caramel and also for dishes such as pomme Anna. This example is stamped with the letter ‘D’ and it dates from c.1890. There is a small piece of one of the handle fixings missing but this must have happened during the manufacture. It is in very good condition and the interior has been re-tinned so that it can be used.
