A small, French copper, creme renversee pan and cover. This is marked with a number ’12’ to both the side of the pan and also to the lid, which relates to the diameter of the pan in centimetres. It is made from a substantial gauge of copper and dates from c.1890. There are flat, copper handles to either side of the pan and a brass, acorn shaped finial to the lid It is in excellent condition and, although it hasn’t recently been re-tinned, the tinning is still in very good, usable condition.
