A small copper pudding boiler with a tight fitting lid. This is made from a substantial gauge of copper and it dates from c.1890.The lid has the same type of loop handle that were used on ice cream moulds and there are flat copper handles to either side. This could have been used either in a pan of water, to steam a pudding, or in the oven. It is in excellent condition and the tinning, to the interior, is in excellent, bright, usable condition.
