A small, French copper sugar pan which has been re-tinned for use as a saucepan or milk pan. This is marked “MORA & CO PARIS 1e 13 RUE MONTMARTRE”. This is the mark of the retailer Mora who have been trading in Paris since 1814 and are one of the leading cookware stores in the world. This pan dates from c.1920. It is made from an exceptionally heavy gauge of copper and the spout has a heavily planished spout. The hollow handle allows the heat to disperse faster. It is in excellent condition.
