A very good quality, French copper, deep sauté pan. This pan is made from an exceptionally heavy gauge of copper, which has a slightly planished finish, and it has a steel handle. The handle fitting is a triangular shape with rounded edges and this form was only used by a couple of good quality, French factories. It is marked with a number ’22’, which relates to the size. The pan is 22cm. diameter by 7cm. deep and the overall length of the pan and handle is 43.7cm.
Date c.1880.
Condition: It is in excellent condition and the interior has been re-tinned so that it can be used.
