A very good quality, French copper, creme renversee pan and cover. This is marked “E. DEHILLERIN 18 RUE COQUILLIERE” and it dates from c.1880. It is well made, from a very heavy gauge of copper, and has castellated seams. There is a small, brass, acorn shaped finial to the lid and flat, heart shaped copper handles to the sides. It is in excellent condition and the interior has been re-tinned so that it can be used.
