A huge, French copper pie plate or baking tray. This is an exceptionally large size and it dates from c.1860. It is made from a heavy gauge of copper and has a very simple, oval copper fitting, with a substantial steel ring for hanging when not in use. It is in very good condition and the interior has been re-tinned so that it can be used.
