A good quality, large, French copper omelette or pancake pan with a steel handle. This is made from a quite a heavy gauge of copper and it dates from c.1890. The steel handle is in the typical French form and it is attached with copper rivets. Omelette pans were never usually as heavy as saute pans as this made it slightly easier to toss your pancake. It is in excellent condition and the interior has been re-tinned so that it can be used.
