A small, French copper pie plate. This is made from quite a heavy gauge of copper and it dates from c.1880. There is a brass, ring handle, attached by a simple copper fitting, so that the plate can hang when not in use. There are a couple of very small marks to the copper but otherwise the piece is in excellent condition and the interior has been re-tinned so that it can be used.
