An early 20th century, French copper, deep sauté pan. This is made from a heavy gauge of copper and has the typical French shape of steel handle which is attached by copper rivets. It dates from c.1920 and is in very good condition, with just a little pitting to the steel handle. The interior has been re-tinned so that it can be used.
Dimensions: Diameter of pan 20.2cm. Depth of pan 6cm. Overall length of pan and handle 41.8cm. We have a graduated set of five of these sautés pans which would look great hanging together in a kitchen and all can be seen on our website.
