A nineteenth century, French copper lid with a steel handle. This is engraved with the letters “.L.O.” and these would be the initials of a previous owner. It is made from a heavy gauge of copper and it dates from c.1880. It is in very good condition and the interior has been re-tinned so that it can be used in conjunction with one of the smaller pans listed on the website.
Dimensions: Diameter 16.3cm. Overall length of lid and handle 28.7cm.
