A good quality, French copper salmon, or pike, kettle complete with drainer. This piece is very well made, from a heavy gauge of copper, and it dates from c.1920. It has attractive, brass handles to either end, and also to the lid, and the copper has a planished finish. The pan and cover are both in excellent condition and the interior has been re-tinned so that it can be used. The drainer, which has also been re-tinned, is pitted, from use, but it is still functional. The pan is 62cm. long by 17.5cm. wide and 13.2cm. high. Overall, including the handles, it is 67.5cm. long by 18cm. high.
