A good quality, English copper kettle. This dates from c.1860 and is made from a heavy gauge of copper. It has castellated seams and brass fittings to the handle and lid. The brass finial is a traditional acorn shape. The kettle measures 14.5cm. to the shoulder and 21.5cm. diameter. Overall, including the handle and spout, it is 30.5cm. high by 31.5cm. wide. It is in really good condition and the tinning to the interior is still good, so it could be used.
