A very good quality, nineteenth century, French copper colander. This piece is marked ‘C.VINKLES PARIS’ and it dates from c.1880. It has a steel handle which is the same form as many of the French saucepans of the same period. It is made from a very heavy gauge of copper and it has a rolled rim. It is in excellent condition.
