An exceptionally heavy, 19th century, French copper spatula. This is well made, from a very heavy gauge of copper, and it dates from c.1860. The end of the handle is turned, like a shepherd’s crook, so that it can hang when not in use. It is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Length 50cm. Width 9.6cm. The copper in the handle is 7mm thick.
