A very good quality, huge, 19th century copper pan with pouring spout and turned, wooden handle. This is French and it dates from c.1880. It is well made, from an exceptionally heavy gauge of copper, and the copper has a slightly planished. Originally this type of pan was not tinned inside as they were made as sugar pans. This one has now been tinned so that it can be used for sauces and hot drinks. It is in excellent condition.
